During your initial consultation, your lifestyle risk will be assessed using evidence-based
risk assessment tools associated with diabetes risk and other risk factors such as
smoking, nutrition, alcohol misuse, physical inactivity and stress.Where appropriate,
eligible clients may be referred for free lifestyle advise within the SA Health ‘Do
